Exceeding Expectations

We love all of our guests at 843 Beauty Collective, and we want to make sure everyone feels at home in our friendly Hair Salon. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again. Take a quick read. NEED TO CANCEL?

We know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to changing appointments. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your set appointment, we’ll do our best to set up a better date and time for you, no questions asked. If you cancel with less than 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of the reserved service. This cancellation fee must be paid before booking your next appointment.

 

GUESTS

For the comfort of all of our guests, only clients receiving a service should come to your salon appointment. Our space is limited and we want everyone to have the best experience possible!

Guest under 18 years old receiving services may be accompanied by a parent or guardian. 

Please don't bring children to your appointments. Salons are full of chemicals, hot tools, and sharps. We want everyone to be safe and we want you to enjoy your service without worrying about the kiddos!

 

PRODUCTS

Our team will always recommend the at-home care regimen that will best support your overall outcome. If you are not 100% satisfied with the performance of those products, please bring them back in! We will gladly exchange them so that you can find the perfect fit for you!

We guarantee our services with the use of the at-home hair care recommended by your stylist. We cannot guarantee results with products purchased outside of the salon. 

 

NOT THRILLED WITH YOUR RESULTS?

We want everyone to love their hair! If for any reason you would like your look adjusted, please give us a call within 7 days of your service so that we can work with you to make sure you are beyond satisfied!

We do not provide refunds on services rendered. 

Our team of stylists will provide our Signature Consultation before your service. During this time, your stylist may recommend multiple sessions to get you to your goal. We cannot provide adjustments based on not reaching your desired look in a single session.
